How are your products made?
We start with fresh picked vegetables and then add our secret batter created by our Founder and Chef Ginger. Each irresistible flavor is made with select seeds and spices to give our snacks a taste you won’t find anywhere else. The Raw Kale Chips and Garden Chips are then air crisped at a low heat until dehydrated and then tested for the perfect crisp! This unique way of preparing the vegetables maintains optimal nutritional values and preserves the enzymes.
Are your chips flash fried or frozen?
Never, the low heat process maintains the high nutritional values. Compare the nutritional label or nutrition facts to other types of chips made at higher temperatures and you will see most other products are just fillers.
What is Raw?
Raw means that ingredients are not heated over 118 degrees. Once food reaches a temperature of above 118 degrees, the majority of its nutrients and nutritional enzymes that aid in digestion are killed. Because we dehydrate our products below this temperature, we’re able to maintain the living enzymes and nutritional properties of our ingredients, so they can benefit your body the way nature intended!

Do your products have a lot of sugar and fat?
Our products have flavors that are made with sunflower seeds and cashews that contain unsaturated fats, the good kind of fats! We do not use any cane sugar, we only use coconut sugar. Coconut sugar contains more vitamins and minerals. It is also low on the glycemic index scale.
Are your products certified organic?
Most of our ingredients are organic, we are in the process of getting our organic certification!
Are your products vegan, vegetarian and gluten free?
YES, YES, and YES! We are in the process of getting our gluten free organization certification.
Are your products Dairy Free?
YES! All of our products are 100% dairy free.
How do the Cheezy and Cheezy Jalepano flavors taste like cheese?
Ginger has a history with conquering vegan nut cheese so it was only natural that she found a healthy alternative to the traditional dairy options. Ginger uses a perfect blend of sunflower seeds, cashew, spices and nutritional yeast to create this zesty cheesy flavor without using real cheese.
Are your products peanut and nut free?
No we use cashews in some of our products as well as coconuts which are considered a tree nut. Also, our product are made in a facility in which there is exposure to nuts.
What is your batter made with?
Our batter is made with NUTS & SEEDS- Unsaturated fats- Not only do cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts, approximately 82% of their fat is unsaturated fatty acids, plus about 66% of this unsaturated fatty acid content are heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, similar to those found in olive oil. Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E, the body's primary fat-soluble antioxidant. Sunflower seeds are also a good source of magnesium. Numerous studies have demonstrated that magnesium helps reduce the severity of asthma, lower high blood pressure, and prevent migraine headaches, as well as reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
