Ginger Lewis

 CEO & Chef - Ginger Lewis

Our Award-Winning Chef Ginger Lewis has over 20 years of experience in the culinary field and the CPG food space.
She draws her inspiration from her Italian Mothers love and respect for organic“Farm to Table” cooking.

Chef Ginger was formally trained by multiple culinary and nutrition schools, which gave her a classic foundation.

After her culinary training, she held executive chef positions at restaurants in Southern California and worked as a personal chef for celebrities and UHNW clientele.
Chef launched and managed Ginger’s Healthy Habits, a business through which she created, produced, and sold healthy snacks online, in local farmer's markets and stores across California.
Chefs' healthy, delicious meals cater to any palate and dietary needs.
With all her experience in the CPG space and understanding of the food industry, Chef  Ginger’s main ingredient has always been “Love”.

My healthy tip of the day is to CREATE YOUR OWN SACRED SPACE! Even if it just for a few minutes, take time every day to sit and be still. Stillness means NO PHONE, NO DISTRACTIONS, AND NO NOISE! This is a perfect time to clear out any negative energy and reset at any time. Some people may take this time to do things such as meditate, pray, or even just unplug from all of the stimulation in our busy technology-driven world. Want a quick, filling, healthy snack?! Try my Stuffed Avacado recipe! Avocados have more potassium than bananas and are packed with good fats. Avocados are also a particularly great source of vitamin K and folate. One half of an avocado (100 grams) contains 487 mg of potassium or 10% of the AI.
